On my skin, projection is fantastic for the first two or three hours, and it leaves and big sillage bubble around you. So, the people in clubs or bars won’t have any issues getting nice whiffs around you. Wearing Spicebomb is like putting on your favorite fuzzy oversized sweater, the one that belonged to your grandfather and still smells like his pipe tobacco, pulling down a copy of a book that you love, and snuggling up in a big stuffed leather chair that your grandfather used to smoke pipes in, to read with a mug of chai tea. Initially a blast of what I thought was anise but now I'm calling it clove, along with something vaguely vanillic. Before even trying to work out the notes, the first word that came to mind was 'medicinal'. Personally, I would rather wear Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille, and Serge Lutens Chergui, but that’s a story for another time. So it's not bad then, just sweet and cloying like the original but in a whole new way. Spicebomb extreme makes Spicebomb seem subtle and understated...yeah that's right. Spicebomb Extreme by Viktor & Rolf is pretty potent so 3 to 5 sprays will do just enough for fragrance to reach optimal performance.But not to worry. The pepper smell starts to settle down a bit during the drydown. As a result, the fragrance becomes milder and more pleasant; slightly sweet while still maintaining its spicy DNA. In fact, after a few hours, you start to notice more of the cinnamon note.

Specially on sunny days. It can be a date scent or night out during spring/summer. The longevity is really good and the projection is decent. Not a beast mode fragrance but a typical EDT with a good punch. Spicebomb Extreme is a very stable and rich scent so definitely make sure not to overapply it as that may cause fragrance not to open and perform as it should. The name Spicebomb Extreme couldn't be more appropriate, this is indeed an EXTREME SPICE BOMB. The opening is warm, spicy, and sweet. Every single note in the breakdown is noticeable, but the strongest are the vanilla, cinnamon, and whiskey. The scent is pretty linear, so the dry down is pretty similar to the opening. The tobacco is a little bit stronger, but it's still predominantly vanilla, cinnamon, and whiskey. Although the whiskey note is noticeable throughout, I wouldn't consider this a boozy fragrance as the whiskey doesn't dominate any of the other notes.

Eau de Toilette

This eau de parfum is a spice-loving fragrance by Viktor & Rolf. Its overall effect is perceived as strong, sometimes too powerful perhaps, but that's why it's extreme. It is therefore more suitable for parties than for everyday life. For the latter, maybe look into its corresponding Eau de Toilette. The balance of smoky spiciness and gourmand sweetness makes it wearable by both sexes. Some connoisseurs find a strong resemblance to Paco Rabanne's One Million. Dominant Pepper Aroma Viktor&Rolf Spicebomb Night Vision Eau de Parfum – a fresh aromatic fragrance released in 2020. The main notes include green apple, pistachio, and nutty notes. The lasting power is 8 – 10 hours with great projection. Was testing out some more "masculine" woody/ leathery scents for a friend when I skin tested this. The sweetness of the scent is quite subtle behind the spice. Overall the fragrance is warm, cloying, and memorable. Siliage is intimate and longevity is OK at a few hours on my skin. Great masculine fall/winter scent. Due to the mass-appealing composition, don’t be surprised to get a ton of compliments. Being from your friends, coworkers, or complete stranger while in a club or walking in the street.
