I’m an mBANT rCNHC registered nutritionist and founder of Jennifer Medhurst Nutrition, a private virtual nutrition clinic with offices in central London and LA. Yet, an increasing volume of conflicting information around diet in the public domain and a desire to help others compelled Jennifer to pursue her knowledge further and formally train at the College for Naturopathic Medicine, where she completed a three-year Nutrition diploma with distinction and eventually set up her clinic.

Recovering from CFS has been the biggest challenge of her life so far, and when she finally did; she didn’t want anyone else to waste their life to poor health because of lack of information. She found there was a shortage of recipes with easy to source nutritious ingredients, that were quick and easy to make. Many hours in the kitchen and some failed experiments later a new passion was discovered, and she set up a successful health food catering business and a food blog to share her recipes.Diet is one of the simplest ways to improve and support your health; as well as prevent illness and increase the quality and length of your life.
