In 2008, Swedish photographer Sebastian Sardi, inspired by an article exposing hidden mining-related incidents, embarked on a photography journey.

Each of the gorgeous pictures included in this book were blown up and displayed along the streets all throughout the city. Yann Arthus-Bertrand was born in a renowned jewellers' family founded by Claude Arthus-Bertrand and Michel-Ange Marion. This superb book presents a new state of great ecological and social challenges facing the World today. But The Earth From The Air is the real good news - this planet is stunningly beautiful, and it's not dead yet. Very few photography books become a national sensation, but Earth from Above capured the imagination of a huge audience.Crystalline formations on Lake Magadi, Kenya — Surrounded by high volcanic plateaus, these alkaline waters have a high salt content. The increase in productivity has liberated countless talents to pursue careers in arts and sciences or just being free to enjoy their lives in other ways, instead of wasting their lives crouched in their fields. Its dimensions are truly impressive and there are a lot of fine quality pictures in here, so if you want a photo book on your coffee table just to browse through from time to time, this is a fine choice. Full of unique aerial footage from over 50 countries, the movie seeks to inspire the viewers to work together to rebuild the earth we have collectively nearly destroyed. He then left the country with his wife Anne when he was 30 (1976) to live in Kenya in the Massai Mara national park.

Earth from Above is a United Nations-supported ecological project conceived and led by Yann Arthus-Bertrand.

His seminal series, The Dream Collector, depicts Tress’s interests in dreams, nightmares, fantasies, and the unconscious and established him as one of the foremost proponents of magical realism at a time when few others were doing staged photography. More than just an impressive book of nature photography, this oversize book is one of the most popular, talked-about, and loved coffee table books of all time. The first few sentences of each caption deal with the subject at hand but then almost without fail go on into subjects only marginally related to the picture. Cotton bales, Thonakaha, Korhogo region, Ivory Coast — Much like the tulip fields, it takes a moment to spot the human figure among the many cotton bales in this picture.
