The combination of Foges and Murphy worked wonders in ‘‘Kitchen Disco’’ and ‘‘Bathroom Boogie’’ follows the same format. While some of the objects appeared to have distinct personalities, some spotlighted objects just kinda danced, or the vocabulary used was more like word soup, which felt like a missed opportunity.

Bathroom Boogie is the zany and hilarious rhyming picture book sequel to Kitchen Disco, with trademark cool artwork from Al Murphy. Without even taking into account the fact that a lot of the bathroom products look high as kites, there is no way a young child would understand what's going on. UPDATE: I've changed my rather harsh initial rating of 2 stars to 4 simply because my daughter loves the book so much. New readers won't know and they will just read a really fun book that will have the family bopping all the way to bedtime.

However, the book is a little too similar to Kitchen Disco, it follows the same format and even the song sounds similar – same tune, different lyrics.
