Description

Some may say differently, but it seems that treating your employees as equals does nobody any favors. each team will play four designated Group Play games on “Tournament Nights” – one game against each opponent in its group, with two games at home and two on the road. All 30 teams have been randomly drawn into groups of five within their conference based on won-loss records from the 2022-23 regular season.

The results indicated that great managers actually ignore rules—the great managers didn’t waste time trying to change employees and assumed their strengths and weaknesses were baked-in, and were not leaders in the traditional sense. And since they are result-oriented and are aware of the fact that they deal with a very colorful group of people, they have customized four levels of management support.First, Break All the Rules, subtitled What the World's Greatest Managers Do Differently (1999), is a book authored by Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman, who offer solutions to better employee satisfaction with the help of examples of how the best managers handle employees. In each conference, one team from each pot was randomly selected into each of the three groups in that conference.

The Four Keys, select for talent, define the right outcomes, focus on strengths, find the right fit, reveal how they attack this goal. The wild card will be the team from each conference with the best record in Group Play games that finished second in its group.
